My design approach

I have been working on public sector Service Design and User experience projects for the past few years. Designing complex systems, public facing websites and helping organizations define, improve and streamline their processes, and service offerings. Some of my favourite things to do:

Facilitating workshops and co-design sessions with stakeholders.

Conducting field research, job shadowing, user interviews and usability testing.

Synthesizing complex feedback into actionable insights.

Visualizing complex processes in the form of service blueprints and journey maps.

Prototyping low and high fidelity wireframes.

Collaborating in dynamic, multidisciplinary environments.
